We would love to introduce our rockstar buyers agent and Realtor, Carson O’Haleck. Working with Carson is the absolute best – every.single.day. he makes us laugh our butts off, and there is never a dull moment with Carson. We wanted to take a moment to tell you a little bit about Carson. He has been with Dwell Home Team just under 6 months and is absolutely flourishing. Carson, what is your favorite restaurant in Seattle:

Fine dining: Spinasse, on Capitol Hill! Two words: butter pasta. YUM.

Happy Hour: Momiji, also on Capitol Hill. Hands down, best sushi in Seattle in a chic, modern Japanese courtyard setting. $6 spicy California rolls, $7 garlic short ribs, $6 spicy ginger chicken (OMG, too hungry right now!).

Low-key: Mama’s Cantina in Belltown. Best chill spot for TDF (to-die-for) Mexican in a dive setting (open since 1974!), and the spicy margaritas are muy delicioso!

If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be?

Somewhere still on my list? Majorca, Spain! There’s something about being “trapped” on a Mediterranean island that doesn’t sound too uncomfortable… Plus, tons of amazing architecture (cathedrals and museums), hiking and mountain biking if I were feeling hardcore, and most importantly, crystal clear sea and bright beaches!

Otherwise, nothing better than a casual weekend away in Palm Springs for a nice burst of desert sun, vintage furniture (window) shopping, and relaxing pool time with an icy beverage.

Drink of choice?

Why am I limited to one?!?! Love a great local IPA, a glass of rosé in the summer, Pinot Noir on winter nights, and a Ketel One martini during fancy nights out on the town! Gotta have options…

What do you do in your free time?

Free time – come again? Just kidding. Total sucker for summer boating and hikes, winter wine tasting weekends, or a trip to the mountain for snowboarding. I love mixing each day up with fitness classes (often, begrudgingly at 5 am with Christina!), dinners with family and friends between Gig Harbor and Seattle, time at home spent with my partner, Cayle, and my lovable little rescue pup, Stella.

Why do you like working with Dwell?

Other than the fact we group text from 6:30am to 11pm at night, laugh until our stomachs are sore, find any excuse for a team happy hour, and absolutely LOVE what we do, Sue and Christina are an absolute inspiration for how the real estate experience should be conducted; with tons of fun, love for our clients, sheer passion, and unmatched excellence. Oh, and our client parties are pretty bada**, just sayin’!!!

What do you love about real estate?

Watching clients’ journey from “dreams” into “reality.” Sure, I love beautiful homes, interior design, and the thrill of our exciting market, but the most incredible fulfillment occurs when first-time homeowners and their families finally get to turn keys into their new, very own front door on closing day. 

Favorite food?

Hardest. Question. Ever.

Breakfast: Farm breakfast! Ham steak, cheesy scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage links, and the fluffiest buttermilk pancakes ever.

Snacks: Everything from Cheez-Its to charcuterie trays!

Lunch/Dinner/”Fourth Meal”: Chicken pad thai, Neapolitan-style pizza, Chilean sea bass, Taco Time (guilty), and spicy beef bolognese. Mmm-mmm!
