Christina Fitzer

Having a mother in the real estate industry since Christina’s birth, she has been around real estate for almost 30 years. As a child, she grew up helping her mom deliver flyers, stuff mailings, put postage on newsletters, and postcards. In high school, Christina worked as the receptionist for Coldwell Banker in Gig Harbor and also assisted a top producer in the office. She then pursued a Business and Communications degree from Western Washington University. After graduation, she worked in the finance industry and served as a lender for over 5 years at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Cobalt Mortgage.

After her experience in the lending industry, Christina decided to move to the city and accepted a position at Zillow’s Headquarters as a National Account Executive. She quickly rose to become the top producer month after month on the New Construction team, assisting large national builders with their online presence and advertising. While Christina loved the company and its culture, she yearned for more gratification in her career and purpose.

Throughout Christina’s life and career, one thing has remained constant – her involvement in the real estate industry. In 2015, she made the decision to obtain her real estate license and teamed up with her beloved and trusted mother, who had been Christina’s mentor for 29 years. Together, Christina and Sue formed a dynamic duo, taking pride in the business and growing it into what you see today.

Active in the community, Christina is involved in non-profit work and her local church. She finds joy in helping and serving others. Real estate brings pure joy to Christina; she loves helping friends find places to call home.

Nick Fitzer

Nick is a Pacific Northwest native who grew up in the Puyallup area and attended college at Seattle Pacific University, where he majored in Finance and Marketing. Before joining his wife at Dwell Home Team, Nick worked in the real estate tech, including 11 years at Zillow where he served as Senior Director overseeing various sales and operations teams.

Similar to his wife, Nick is committed to re-imagining the real estate process to deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients. This is accomplished through deep industry and local knowledge, employing cutting-edge marketing techniques, and leveraging years of negotiating expertise.

In today’s ever-changing real estate world, two things remain constant: integrity and exceptional service with Realtor, Sue Fernandes. Sue provides buyers and sellers with almost 30 years of real estate experience and a proven record of significant sales. A native of Connecticut, Sue has firsthand experience with relocation, having moved with corporations to three coasts of the United States before settling in Washington over 13 years ago. Sue’s first career was working at various law firms as a paralegal. Her analytical and communication skills, as well as her expertise in contract review and negotiations, have proven extremely useful to her real estate clients.

Sue began her real estate career in Boca Raton, Florida in 1989, starting as a full-time mom and part-time realtor, mainly focusing on personal investment properties. Not long afterward, part-time became a full-time career, and Sue built a referral business in the luxury and second home market for more than ten years with The Keyes Company.

Currently, Sue is a Realtor with REAL Brokerage, serving Gig Harbor and the surrounding areas. She has consistently been one of the top-producing and award-winning agents and in 2006 received the distinction of Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle, an honor awarded only to the top 4% of the company’s agents. Sue is proud to have been elected as the Gig Harbor Director for the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors and served for two years. She is also a major contributor to the Realtors Political Action Committee. Continued education is paramount to Sue, and she has earned her Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Graduate Realtor Institute, and Certified Residential Specialist designations. Real Estate is not only her employment; it is her passion. “There is no greater joy or thrill for me,” Sue says, “than when I am working with a buyer and walk into a home and hear the words, ‘this is it,’ or representing a seller and calling with the news that ‘we have an offer on your home.’” Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, moving up or down, relocating with a corporation, or buying an investment property, Sue understands your needs. I turned a lifelong passion into a fulfilling career when I became a licensed agent in 2013. Initially, I specialized in property management and leasing services for the top property management brokerage in the Seattle area. After spending five amazing years with that company, I moved to Los Angeles with my husband. There, I worked for the country’s largest privately-owned real estate firm and managed two luxury condominium buildings in Santa Monica. Since returning home to the PNW, I have become a member of the top-producing real estate team, Dwell Home Team, delivering results for my buyer and seller clients.
