REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT

What we are looking for

Dwell Home Team is growing, and we’re looking to add a Real Estate Assistant to our expanding team! This position is ideal for someone who excels behind the scenes, is recognized for their attention to detail, and enjoys developing systems and processes to enhance team efficiency. We’re seeking a versatile individual who can juggle multiple tasks, quickly adapt to new systems, and manage various projects in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, eager to learn, and brings a positive attitude. This role requires a tech-savvy, resourceful, and self-sufficient team member.

Responsibilities

  • Build, implement and manage all systems including listing  and database management
  • Coordinate team & client events
  • Oversee all marketing (brochures, flyers, social media, online marketing, etc.)
  • Act as a liaison between clients, vendors and agents
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers
  • Research and develop new systems that will benefit the team
  • Request reviews & testimonials and oversee all closed client follow up
  • Continue to take the day-to-day office tasks away from the leadership team, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies

Qualifications

  • 2+ Years Experience working in an office setting
  • Real Estate License preferred (but not required)
  • Real Estate experience preferred
  • Marketing, writing, and social media skills
  • Ability to multi-task at a high-level
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
  • Learning-based and solution-oriented
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals

More about the role

  • This role is based in Gig Harbor (not remote), we have a nice office space near downtown
  • We will train you on our systems and processes and set clear expectations
  • Compensation includes a base salary + bonus for each home closed
  • 90-day probationary period will be in place to ensure a good fit for both parties
