Despite being in a very shaky market, we sold to a great buyer within 10 days of listing--and while we were in a different state. Christina just takes care of it and anticipates what needs to be done. And her team is just as good--from staging to photos to listing, they were efficient and professional. We couldn't recommend the Dwell team more highly!! Well we just purchased another house in Gig Harbor. And, of course, Nick and Christina represented us again. This time, we didn’t even see the house in person since it already was getting offers on the first day.
